Bob Ross Make War Not Art Shirt
Fun fact bob ross never received a check for his time on the Bob Ross Make War Not Art Shirt. He donated every painting to be auctioned off or kept by different PBS stations. He rehabilitated animals after he was a drill sergeant. He said he didn’t want to mad or angry anymore and he changed the world with paint. I remember an episode I watched as a kid when he did one with contact paper. It was a New York-themed painting. I think the outline was I NYC or something like that. I watched his show with my dad when I was growing up and we still watch it when we see that it’s on. He was an amazing man. My dad loves the technique Ross taught and dad painted many of his own paintings and he still idolizes Bob Ross. Dad was painting one day and my daughter wanted to paint too, so dad got her a small canvas and she too made her own masterpiece at around 12 years old.
Bob Ross Make War Not Art Shirt
Worked for the Bob Ross company back in 1995 96. All the people who worked there are genuine and kind and chill. We had literally hundreds of his original paintings from his shows and ones he did on his own time, hanging on the walls and in overflow storage, and I was able to pick one to put in my cubicle. I answered phones for 1 800 Bob Ross and took orders for paints, supplies, books, etc, and I helped with the video production, the warehouse and the shipping department when needed. Awesome little company to work for. My father, Col. Warren Carpenter, was the officer to whom Bob submitted his request for an early retirement. My father was working at Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage, and Bob was stationed as a medical technician at Eielson AFB in Fairbanks. My father approved the request. Both of my parents took painting lessons from Bob before Bob retired. My mother said that Bob picked up some of his “painting patter” from Bill Alexander. I want to obtain an audio recording of Bob Ross programs. He had the Bob Ross Make War Not Art Shirt soothing voice I ever heard. I would listen to it when I have insomnia, and would loan it to parents of crying infants.
