There almost a sense of eugenics about it. I was so very lonely my entire life. As an adult I was even lonely in a crowd. I felt that I simply did to fit into the group of people. I grew up different…my father, a hell fire and brimstone minister, dressed us akin to the Amish. I did not know how to communicate with others for my world was so different. But as I moved into normal society I still felt the awful pangs of loneliness until a very popular woman at work told me she had that quiet agony as well.
