RIP Stan Lee Comic Superhero death shirt
Sorry but the math isn’t quite adding up. It all depends on what time you go to bed! Waking up early doesn’t mean you get more time if you’re in bed by 6 pm. I was looking to see if somebody else was thinking that. I sleep later but I stay up late how is that worse? Usually I love your RIP Stan Lee Comic Superhero death shirt and what you have to say but this one I completely disagree with. First of all everyone has the same amount of seconds in the day no matter what time you wake up. It isn’t when you sleep but how much you sleep that determines the amount of time you have to get things done.

Secondly sleeping less won’t necessarily make you productive. I mean have you ever pushed RIP Stan Lee Comic Superhero death shirt to complete a project, you were up way past your bedtime to try to get things done then at a certain point you are awake but only functioning at 50% capacity. Right there that tells me that just because you have your eyes open doesn’t mean you are able to accomplish things. This concept has been hard wired into our society and all I think it does is shame people that have different circadian rhythms than the majority.

Also as someone with a chronic illness I have discovered how important good quality sleep is to healing. Our RIP Stan Lee Comic Superhero death shirt already has a problem with being exhausted from letting our busy schedule cut into sleep time. Our bodies require sleep and we shouldn’t encourage the extremely bad and unhealthy habit of depriving ourselves of this important healing activity. No way Jose! I wake up when my body tells me to! And guess what. I do all the things that I need to do. I wake up happy and refreshed and ready to conquer my day. I sleep 8 hours! Sometimes less and sometimes more.
